In Uzbekistan, the programme visits Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand, bringing together bazaars, madrasas, mausoleums and monumental ensembles linked to the ancient trade routes between East and West. Highlights include Registan Square, the Gur-e Amir Mausoleum, the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis and the historic centres of Bukhara and Tashkent.

The programme includes overland transport in an air-conditioned vehicle, a regional flight between Tbilisi and Tashkent, train tickets between the Uzbek cities, 9 nights of accommodation with breakfast and a licensed local Spanish-speaking guide during visits.

Frequently asked questions about this trip

Important information to understand the operation, accommodation
and services planned for this itinerary.

How do you travel between Georgia and Uzbekistan?

The Tbilisi–Tashkent regional flight is already incorporated into the base price once. The three high-speed trains Tashkent–Bukhara, Bukhara–Samarkand and Samarkand–Tashkent are also included. Airline, class, baggage, schedules and flight ticketing, as well as train class, carriage, seats and schedules, depend on confirmation.

Are international flights included?

No. The Tbilisi–Tashkent regional flight is already included, but
international arrival and departure flights are not part of the
published price. Memphis Turismo can provide a separate flight quote
according to your city of origin and chosen dates.

Which hotel categories can be selected?

The commercial categories are Classic and Selection. Classic does not mean uniformly 4★ accommodation: Mövenpick Samarkand is 5★ according to the chain, although the tariff reference lists it as 4★. Selection includes Mercure Bukhara Old Town 4★ and other individual ratings in the hotels section. Properties and rooms depend on availability and confirmation, with no guaranteed view, lounge or upgrade.

In which language are the visits conducted?

Spanish-speaking guides on all scheduled excursions, with no guaranteed continuous escort or fully private service. Other languages require an enquiry.

What is the pace and physical demand of the trip?

The pace is moderate, with walks in historic centres,
monument visits and travel between cities. Some sites
may have stairs, uneven surfaces and sections covered
on foot, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

Is the itinerary operated privately?

Exclusive transport and services are not
automatically included. The operation will follow the services
confirmed when booking. If you would like a
fully private trip, request a personalised proposal.

Can I take this trip alone?

The documentary scope is exactly two paying adults. Single-room accommodation involves a supplement per person within that two-person booking; it is not a rate for a person travelling alone. Solo travel, other party sizes, children or triple rooms require a separate quote.

Which documents are needed to travel?
Passport, visa and entry requirements may vary
according to nationality, date and current rules. Memphis
Turismo will advise on the applicable official sources before the
trip; the traveller is responsible for keeping the required documentation
valid and up to date.

Prices for two adults · travel in 2026

The documentary source expresses the base rates in USD per person. The amounts displayed below follow the selected currency and the discounts identified on the page.

Exactly two paying adults in double/twin accommodation. Choose Classic or Selection; the alternatives are not added together. Dates are on request and subject to reconfirmation of hotels, flights, trains and services. There is no guaranteed daily departure or automatic extension to 2027. Once the applicable period has ended, prices remain solely as dated historical references. Other party sizes, including four paying travellers, children, triple rooms or solo travel require a separate quote.

The Tbilisi–Tashkent regional flight and three train journeys are already incorporated into the base price once; do not add them again. Airline, class, baggage, schedules, ticketing, carriage and seats depend on booking confirmation.

The single-room total already adds the published double/twin base and supplement, retaining two paying adults. Do not add the supplement again to the single-room total or confuse the total for two people with a per-person price. This is not a solo-traveller rate. A double room plus a single room means three paying travellers and requires a different base. Independent rounding after discounts may produce differences of a few cents between components and totals; the final breakdown will be specified in the quote.

Local tourist tax in Uzbekistan

Documentary reference dated 02/10/2026: UZS 66,000 per person per night at the planned hotels, for non-exempt foreign adults. Tashkent: 3 nights, UZS 198,000; Bukhara: 2 nights, UZS 132,000; Samarkand: 1 night, UZS 66,000. Across the six nominal nights, UZS 396,000 per person or UZS 792,000 for two adults, including in two single rooms. The amount is per person, not per room.

Deduct all amounts already documented as collected in the package: only the uncollected balance is paid locally, according to the booking reconciliation, with no duplicate charge. No conversion of this obligation is incorporated into the USD base, and no margin or package discount applies to the direct local payment. The USD amounts do not constitute a single, final total in one currency together with this obligation.

The source records planned hotels with more than 40 rooms and a rate of 15% of the UZS 440,000 base effective from 01/09/2026. Applicability depends on hotel size and guest profile, not star rating. Changes in hotel, dates, profile or length of stay require recalculation; additional nights and partial periods follow the applicable actual charge. Official tourist-tax rule · Calculation base cited in the source.

Documents and personal insurance

The source records health and accident insurance for the entire stay in Georgia, including entry and departure, with minimum coverage of GEL 30,000, subject to official exceptions. A physical or electronic policy in English or Georgian, from a local or foreign insurer. GEL 30,000 is the coverage limit, not the insurance price: the premium is outside the package and has not been estimated. Check an existing policy or arrange suitable cover, with no guarantee of individual admission. Official guidance on insurance in Georgia.

Passport, visa and other requirements depend on nationality, document and travel date. Inform us of mobility and access needs before booking so the actual operation can be assessed. Flights from and back to the country of origin, insurance, visas and other exclusions remain separate.
