Our team plans the entire trip as a whole, considering the best sequence of destinations, transport, accommodation, transfers, tours, guides and other necessary services. We also tailor dates, duration, hotel categories, the pace of the itinerary and experiences to travellers’ preferences and budgets.

This allows you to discover different cultures and regions in a single trip, with all the logistics organised by a team specialising in complex international itineraries.

Travel to countries in the Middle East, Asia and Africa can be safe when the itinerary is planned responsibly, with knowledge of the destination and reliable local partners. Safety should be assessed for each country, region, itinerary and travel period, rather than solely on general perceptions.

Memphis Turismo carefully assesses each itinerary and works with experienced local operators, qualified guides, selected accommodation and reliable transport services. We also advise travellers on documentation, customs, clothing, food and important precautions before departure.

As conditions can change, we monitor each trip individually and keep our clients informed. This helps you discover extraordinary destinations with greater peace of mind, comfort and confidence.

Inclusions vary depending on the destination and chosen itinerary. Depending on the package, accommodation, transfers, airport meet-and-greet services, tours, guides, admission tickets, meals, domestic flights and other services mentioned in the programme may be included.

Before booking, you receive a detailed proposal explaining everything that is included and anything that must be booked or paid for separately. This gives you a clear understanding of the services and travel costs.

The Memphis Turismo team assists clients from planning and documentation through to departure and their return to Brazil. During the trip, travellers also receive support contact details for our team and the partners responsible for local operations.

Prices are quoted in USD. International payments only.

A 25% deposit is payable at the time of purchase.

The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 40 days before the trip.

Yes. All our trips are formalised through a contract, signed and validated electronically through the D4Sign platform. Travellers’ personal data is handled in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Memphis Turismo is a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ number 04.482.379/0001-74, based in the city of São Paulo. Even when services are provided by selected international partners, the client’s contract is formalised in Brazil.

The booking process is simple:

1. Contact our team by WhatsApp, telephone or email and tell us your destination, dates and number of travellers.
2. Choose one of the available packages or request a tailor-made itinerary.
3. Receive the full proposal, including the itinerary, prices, inclusions and payment terms.
4. After approval, sign the contract electronically through D4Sign and pay the deposit.
5. Send the necessary documents so our team can confirm the services.
6. Before departure, you will receive your travel vouchers, guidance and support contact details.
