Can I travel with children or in a triple room?
Single occupancy is available with a supplement. The third adult receives no rate reduction and depends on triple-room availability and configuration; a third bed equivalent to the others must not be assumed. Ages 0–2: free participation in the tour; cots and meals are paid directly on site according to use and consumption. Ages 3–12: 20% reduction on the tour rate in double occupancy. Provide ages at travel and room arrangements to confirm accommodation. The child rule does not confirm beds, room capacity or application of the discount to supplements or additional services. Property-specific restrictions and availability will be checked when booking.
How do transfers work?
Arrival and departure transfers are shared with other participants. On arrival, the planned maximum wait is one hour relative to the flight’s scheduled arrival time. After this limit, the driver may leave and the transfer is not guaranteed; additional expenses in that situation are not reimbursed by the operator. Provide Bari arrival and Naples departure details to receive meeting instructions. Allowances, dimensions and number of luggage pieces for land transport have not been specified and must be checked before confirmation.
Can I book extra nights?
Nights before the tour in Bari or after it in Naples are booked separately, on request, on a bed-and-breakfast basis excluding city tax. The same hotel as the tour is not guaranteed. When the operator confirms additional nights in a different property, the transfer between the two hotels will be provided without a supplement.
Which expenses are paid at the destination?
Municipal accommodation taxes (city tax) are not included and are paid directly to the hotel. On arrival in Bari, shared transfer from the airport, station or port to the hotel. Meet the other participants, dinner and accommodation. The city will be the first base of this journey through southern Italy.

Thursday Bari and Ostuni en route to Lecce
After breakfast, free time to explore Bari’s historic centre independently. The tour continues towards Ostuni, stopping at a masseria, a traditional rural house, for a lunch of Puglian flavours.
In Ostuni, a panoramic visit without a local guide introduces the light-coloured houses that earned the city its white-city nickname. In the afternoon, continue to Lecce for accommodation.

Day 3
Friday Lecce and Gallipoli
After breakfast, visit Lecce with a local Spanish-speaking guide. Baroque architecture gives the city, known as the Florence of the South, its identity. The route takes in Sant’Oronzo Church, the Basilica of Santa Croce and Palazzo dei Celestini, with admission included as specified in the programme.
Around Sant’Oronzo, the Roman amphitheatre and the saint’s column complete the picture of the city. Lunch at a local restaurant introduces typical regional products.
In the afternoon, leave for Gallipoli, a walled town on the sea. A panoramic visit without a local guide presents this Ionian coastal setting before returning to Lecce.

Day 4
Saturday Alberobello and Polignano a Mare
After breakfast, leave Lecce for Alberobello. Its trulli, stone buildings with conical roofs, form a UNESCO World Heritage ensemble. A panoramic visit without a local guide allows you to observe this architecture so characteristic of Puglia.
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Polignano a Mare. The former fishing village brings together white houses, cliffs and viewpoints over the Adriatic. Panoramic visit without a local guide, then continue to Bari.

Day 5
Sunday Frederick II’s fortress and the coast
Breakfast and departure from Bari to Castel del Monte, the fortress associated with Emperor Frederick II. Admission is included; the visit is self-guided, without a local guide. The building provides the day’s encounter with regional medieval architecture.
Then arrive in Trani for a panoramic visit without a local guide. The seaside cathedral is one of the landmarks of the city’s scenery. Lunch at a local restaurant and free time before returning to Bari.

Day 6
Monday Matera and Naples
After breakfast, leave for Matera in Basilicata. The Sassi, with dwellings carved into rock and streets layered over buildings, reveal a distinctive urban landscape recognised as UNESCO World Heritage.
The visit has a local Spanish-speaking guide and includes a rock-hewn church and a cave house. There will be free time for a snack at your own expense before continuing to Naples. Hotel arrival, dinner and accommodation.

Tuesday Departure from Naples
Breakfast at the hotel and shared transfer to Naples airport, railway station, port or another hotel, according to the booking. End of services. No guided visit to Naples is included at this stage.
